True Colors Workshops

For more than 40 years, the True Colors user-friendly temperament and personality typing program has helped organisations understand, recognize and value differences that lead to effective communication and teamwork.

As businesses are welcoming employees back into the workplace, either on a fulltime or hybrid basis, now is the time to think about rebuilding relationships between colleagues. We know that as individuals we are all unique and have different needs and motivations, ranging from how we receive and process information, to how we like to communicate with others.

We are also aware that an effective team is a diverse team, one that is strong through different ways of thinking and approaching situations. But as a team are you understanding and embracing your differences to be the most effective team you can be?

Based on the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator and the work of Dr. David Keirsey, True Colors offers a research-based approach to understanding human behavior and motivation. True Colors uses a metaphor of colors (Orange, Gold, Green, and Blue) to identify four distinct perspectives and personalities. The significance you give each of the four True Colors constitutes the balance within your character spectrum. Knowing your primary and secondary “colors” will provide you clues to the basis of your self-esteem, your strengths, joys, needs, and the sources of your stress and frustration

True Colors lively and interactive workshops provide the keys to success. Participants will establish a firm foundation in the knowledge and language of True Colors which will: create a common voice for relating to one another, develop strong leaders, and strengthen synergy and communication.

Facilitated by Katy McMinn, an accredited True Colors Facilitator having trained in

Chicago, USA and delivering True Colors workshops across the UK.
