Task HR is an independent HR consultancy providing human resource services to organisations.
What information do we collect?
Depending on the service we provide to you, we may collect the following information:
Name and contact details
Employee name, address and contact details, including email address and telephone number
Grievance & disciplinary information
Absence & sickness records
Performance management records
We may collect this data for the following reasons:
To maintain our internal records
To improve our products and services.
To send periodic emails or communications to let you know about products, services or other information which we think you may find interesting
To maintain contact with you during the provision of any services.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
Why do we process personal data?
Task HR has a legitimate interest in processing personal data in order to provide HR Services to its clients.
Your personal data is maintained with your explicit consent and is held strictly under the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018.
How long is the data stored for?
Task HR will retain client employee information for as long as any agreement is in place and/or in line with the client’s data retention policies.
At the end of any agreement all documentation will be transferred back to the client or deleted. Any evidence of disciplinaries, grievance, capability, absence management will be kept for a period of 2 years beyond the termination of any agreement, in case of a claim or further allegations.
Any other relevant information pertinent to the business will be kept in a secure location indefinitely in case a further review is required.
Access to your personal information
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Should you wish to do so, please email your request to us firstname.lastname@example.org. A response will be provided as soon as possible and no later than one month.
This policy will be reviewed on an annual basis.
